What happens if I want to return an item?

If you would like to return an item, in the first instance please contact us via the link at the bottom of this page choosing ‘Returns’ from the subject dropdown. We operate a 30 day return or exchange policy. The item must be returned to us in the same condition and in the original internal packaging as it was supplied to you. It must be in an unworn, perfect, saleable condition. You are responsible for paying the return postage or delivery costs unless the item is faulty. Once we receive the goods from you we will refund the cost of the item normally within 5 days of receiving your return. Please note, this is as long as the product is received by us within the 30 day returns period, in the condition stated above.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including the delivery charge, where applicable. However if there were two or more items in the original order the delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we have not received the goods from you and you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. (It is your responsibility to make a claim against the Post Office for the lost goods).

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.

What are my cancellation rights?

You can cancel your contract with us at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s).

To cancel your contract, you must notify us within the 14 day cancellation period using the ‘Contact Us’ page and choosing ‘Cancel Order’ from the subject dropdown. You must then return the product(s) as outlined in accordance with the returns policy above.

As is the case with all returns, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them. If there is any evidence of wear we will not be able to process a refund for you. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, excluding delivery charges, within 5 days of receiving the item from you.
